Field Rules

We want dogs and humans to have a safe and enjoyable visit to South Acres Fields. Please follow these rules at all our sites.

General

• Please arrive no more than 5 minutes before your session.
• Remain in your vehicle until the previous users have finished and safely secured their dogs.
• Your dog(s) must be back in your vehicle before your session ends.
• Keep dogs on lead until inside the secure field with the gate fully closed.
• Do not exercise dogs outside the secure field.
• Children must be always supervised.
• Treat other users, staff, neighbours and our sites with respect.
• Harsh or inappropriate handling of dogs is not permitted.
• Please always follow our Terms and Conditions.

Safety & Tidiness

• Bring biodegradable poo bags, pick up after your dog and use the poo bins provided.
• If you spot missed poo, please pick it up if you can—someone will hopefully do the same for you. Please report excessive amounts so we can identify repeat offenders.
• Put all other rubbish in the general waste bins provided.
• Dogs should be up to date with appropriate vaccinations and worming treatments.
• Dogs showing signs of illness must not use our fields. Please wait at least 7 days after symptoms have completely ceased before returning.
• Do not climb on fences, gates or dog equipment.
• Do not allow dogs to damage or excessively dig in the field. Please fill any holes and report damage or hazards.
• If you notice damage to a fence or gate that could allow a dog to escape, keep your dog on lead and contact us immediately.
• Please take all toys and belongings with you.
• Smoking and vaping are not permitted within the secure fields.
• Ground conditions can be uneven, muddy or slippery. Please wear suitable footwear and take care.
• Please take particular care when entering and leaving our sites.
• Dogs subject to legal restrictions must be managed in accordance with all current legal requirements.

Changing a Booking

• Bookings can be changed up to 24 hours before your session using the link in your confirmation email.
• Bookings cannot be changed within 24 hours.
• Late arrivals cannot extend their session.
• Missed sessions cannot be rescheduled or refunded, and sessions can not be assigned to another user except with the permission of South Acres Fields.
• We do not allow cancellations or provide refunds, except in exceptional circumstances.

South Acres Fields accepts no responsibility for injury, loss or damage except where liability cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Vehicles and their contents are left at the owner’s risk.
